By accessing and using CSPro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

CSPro provides contractor management software that enables businesses to manage appointments, customers, invoices, projects, and team members. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Account Registration

You must register for an account to use CSPro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CSPro to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

Payment Terms

Certain features of CSPro require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

CSPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of CSPro after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
